We had a minibar, central heating, and an iron in the wellness double room.

The staff here were super helpful and accommodating. They even gave us wake-up calls and helped with ironing. Our room was nicely decorated and a good size, plus it had air conditioning to keep us cool 😊.

welcome hotel is appart from the main complex so i moved to the main hotel, dont wanna walk true the complex outside to the mainhotel with bathclothes so i rebook to the hotel itself

The spa was excellent although confusing in terms of the layout and what was included.The dinner was magnificent.

We weren't told to bring towels from the room for the spa and it was a long walk from our room. Their solution was to offer to rent us towels for €3 each!

To be honest not a lot. The gym was very well equiped but unless you like a workout dont bother with this hotel. The reception staff were a complete joke and very rude and snooty.

The gym was the only facility that was good. The rest was overpriced and over rated. Te biudling looked like a prison form the outside. Also there is no airconditioning at all in the whole palce., Including the gym. Yes you read it correctly no air conditioning.

This hotel is quite clean and offers a great location in the heart of the city.

The Villa Welcome as a part of the Parc Hotel Mondorf offers the free access to the thermal area, etc. It's about 2 min. away from the main building. Breakfast (optional) is served in the main building. The rooms in the villa are nice equipped with a hugh LCD screen with several international programs, free Wi-Fi, nice bathroom with amenities, enough towels, etc. The bed was very comfortable. It was very quite there. Enough free parking lots around the hotel complex. The highlight is the access to the thermal area. But it's not easy to find your way through the complex. It's a bit confusing. The sauna area is very nice but a bit wired, too. The saunas has to be used nude (normal) - the steam bath not as well as well as the pools. This is a bit strange ... The Sonti Sauna is accessibel with the chip but after 30 min. they charge additional 1,50 €. Prices in the bar are a bit higher but the mini bar in the room was pretty cheap (0,33 ltr. beer - 1,80 €). This is fair.

Unfortunately the breakfast is not included in the room rate. There are two options, 8 € for a small breakfast - 20 € for the buffet - which is rediculous from my point of view. Please note that the ideal way to access the area is to enter the "Ave. Dr. Klein". Ave. les Bains ends in a dead end ...

We have stayed for 20 days. The bed covers were not changed every day and cleaning of the room sometimes took place in the afternoon.

The rooms were very clean and had air conditioning, the location was great being close to both Luxembourg and restaurants, all for a reasonable price of £92.

Difficult to find, check-in is in nearby Park Hotel where they couldn't find reservation (so lots of running up and down back to the car while it was -13°) and a very expensive breakfast (€20/person). If you don't take the towels from your hotel room, you need to pay €2/towel at the spa.
